Terms of Use — Punkolink

Welcome to Punkolink (the websites punkolink.com and cloud.punkolink.com — together, the "Platform"). These Terms of Use explain how working with the Platform is set up and what we would like to agree on in advance. We have tried to keep the language simple. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms — if anything here raises questions, write to us at support@punkolink.com and we will be glad to clarify.

1. What Punkolink is

Punkolink is a SaaS platform that you operate yourself: you use the tools we provide, fill the Platform with content, configure it for your needs, and manage what you place on it.

In addition to access to the Platform itself, we also provide technical support as a service and related services — including in a consultative format. These services are engaged as needed.

2. You provide your data voluntarily

Everything you enter into the Platform — your email at registration and any data you place while working with it — you provide voluntarily and without any coercion on our part. We do not require information beyond the minimum necessary to operate your account, and we do not compel you to place any particular content.

How exactly we process personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing it — it forms an integral part of these Terms.

3. Access to resources, Credits, and payment

Access to the Platform's resources and capabilities is provided in exchange for Credits — internal units that you use to access the corresponding resources of the Platform.

Credits are sold by the seller, Strizhkova Tatiana (self-employed, United Kingdom). The operator of the Platform (see Section 9) provides the service and operates the Platform; the sale of Credits is made by the seller.

Payments are processed by Stripe, acting solely as a payment services provider. Stripe is not the seller. Your payment-card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe at the time of payment; the operator does not collect or store your payment-card data (see the Privacy Policy for details).

Questions relating to payment and refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy. Up-to-date information on the resources available for Credits is published on punkolink.com.

4. Your content and your responsibility for it

You decide what to place and process through the Platform, and you are responsible for that content.

You retain all rights to the data and materials you place; we make no claim to them.
We provide the Platform "as is" and do not review, moderate, or control in advance what you place on it or process through it.
We bear no responsibility for content placed by users, for its accuracy, legality, or the consequences of its use. Responsibility for the data placed lies with the user who placed it.

Put simply: the Platform is your tool, and what you configure, store, and process through it is your area of responsibility.

5. Using the Platform fairly

We ask that you use the Platform lawfully and in good faith. In particular, please do not use it for activity that breaks the law, and do not place on it or process through it data obtained or used in violation of the law.

We understand that the vast majority of users come with good intentions, so we do not set out a long list of prohibitions here. The general principle is enough: do not use the Platform in ways the law does not permit.

6. Cooperation with law enforcement

We respect your privacy and do not share user data with third parties at our own discretion. There is, however, one situation we want to flag honestly in advance.

If a user engages in unlawful activity using our products, and as a result of that activity data of an unlawful nature ends up on the Platform, such data may be provided to law enforcement authorities — but only where it is formally requested within the framework of the law (pursuant to a proper lawful request or another legally provided basis).

In other words, we do not carry out surveillance and do not hand anything over voluntarily "just in case" — but where there is a lawful demand from an authorized authority, we are obliged to respond to it.

7. No warranties

We strive to keep the Platform stable and useful, but we provide it "as is" and "as available." We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or the Platform's fitness for your specific task. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

8. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated over time — for example, if the Platform's functionality changes. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the last revision is indicated at the top of the document. In the event of material changes, we will try to notify you by an available means. By continuing to use the Platform after changes, you accept the updated version.
