Pricing Policy

1. Scope

This Pricing Policy governs the pricing and use of credits for Punkolink services. It forms part of, and is subject to, the Punkolink Terms of Use.

2. Credits

2.1. A credit is a unit of account representing prepayment for Punkolink services.

2.2. A credit is not a payment instrument, not electronic money, and not a stored balance of funds.

2.3. A credit corresponds to USD 1.00 for pricing purposes only.

3. Purchase

3.1. Credits are sold in packs of five (5) credits at a price of USD 5.00 per pack.

3.2. Credits may be purchased in any whole multiple of one pack.

3.3. Payments are processed by Stripe, acting as a payment services provider. Credits are sold by the seller, Strizhkova Tatiana (self-employed, United Kingdom), who is responsible for applicable taxes under applicable law.

3.4. On account registration, Punkolink grants 20 credits at no charge. Granted credits are subject to this Policy.

4. DRP (Docker Run Platform)

4.1. DRP is Punkolink's platform for running software in containers. The unit of billing is a DRP container: a single running container instance on the platform.

4.2. A DRP container is billed identically regardless of its contents. Whether the container runs an image provided by Punkolink, an open-source image, or an image supplied by the customer, the billing is the same and is charged for the running DRP container itself, not for its contents.

4.3. "DRP as a service" is a DRP container provided without preinstalled payload, into which the customer places their own software to run. It is a particular case of a DRP container and is billed on the same basis.

5. Use of credits

5.1. Credits are consumed as Punkolink services are used. Consumption is measured against the resources used and deducted from the credit balance.

5.2. Services are billed per minute of use, in credits. The per-minute rate for each service is published in the Punkolink console and applies as published.

5.3. A DRP container (as defined in Section 4) is billed at 0.000115740741 credits per minute, which is approximately 5 credits per 30-day month. This rate applies to the running container regardless of its contents.

5.4. Credits are applied to Punkolink services only.

6. Restrictions

6.1. Credits cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or exchanged for money.

6.2. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

6.3. Credits cannot be redeemed for any consideration other than Punkolink services.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Punkolink Refund Policy.

8. Engineering, consulting, and support services

Engineering, consulting, and support services are not sold as credits and are not purchased through this pricing. Such services are scoped and priced per engagement under separate agreement.

9. Changes

Punkolink may amend this Policy. The version in force is the one published at the time of purchase or use.
