4.1 Web3Forms (form processing service)
Data submitted through the Contact Sales form is transmitted to our mail server (punkolink.com) via Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form backend service. Web3Forms acts as a data processor: it relays your form submission to our email and does not use your data for its own purposes. 4.2 Google LLC (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC (USA) / Google Ireland Limited (EU). Google processes usage data on our behalf as described in Section 6.
4.3 Other disclosures
We may disclose personal data if required by law, court order, or a lawful request by public authorities, or where necessary to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers (in particular Google LLC and, depending on infrastructure, Web3Forms) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, such transfers are made on the basis of:

- Contact form submissions (email, phone number, message): retained for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up communication, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer retention period is required to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Analytics data: retained according to the retention settings configured in Google Analytics (up to 14 months), after which it is deleted or aggregated.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access, including the use of encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections for data transmission. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
